Senior Tax Manager | Norman, Oklahoma | $150,000 to $170,000 + Bonus
Ready for a tax leadership role where you can do more than review returns? You'll lead complex engagements, advise clients on meaningful tax decisions, and develop the next generation of tax professionals. What You'll Do
Lead tax compliance, planning, and advisory engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other business entities.
Review and sign complex federal, state, and local tax returns, bringing sound judgment to technical issues.
Identify tax-saving opportunities, manage risk, and turn complex research into clear, practical advice for clients.
Build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development and practice growth.
Coach Tax Associates and Senior Tax Associates while overseeing engagement quality, budgets, workflow, and deadlines.
Use tax technology and research tools to improve efficiency and client service.
What You'll Bring
An active CPA license or EA certification and a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
8 to 12 years of progressive public accounting tax experience, including complex individual and business tax returns.
Strong federal and state tax knowledge, technical research skills, and a track record of effective tax planning.
Experience leading engagements, mentoring staff, and communicating confidently with clients.
The ability to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
