Roofing Sales Consultant

Position Overview

Dynamis Roofing is looking for a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to generate new business and sell residential and commercial roofing projects.

This is a 100% commission-based position with earning potential based directly on performance. We are looking for someone who is hungry to build relationships, generate their own opportunities, follow up consistently, and close business.

This is not a position where you wait for leads to come to you. Successful consultants will actively build their own pipeline while also working company-provided opportunities when available.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial roofing opportunities.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, cold calling, door knocking, businesses, and property-management relationships.
• Meet with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and other decision-makers.
• Perform basic roof inspections and document roof conditions with photos.
• Present roofing solutions, proposals, warranties, and pricing professionally.
• Follow up consistently on leads and outstanding proposals.
• Negotiate and close roofing projects.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the company CRM.
• Coordinate sold projects with the office and production team.
• Develop repeat customers and referral relationships.
• Represent Dynamis Roofing professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based position.
• Ability to prospect and generate your own leads.
• Organized with strong follow-up habits.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and asking for the sale.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone and basic computer skills.
• Ability to safely access and inspect roofs when required.
• Roofing, construction, or outside-sales experience preferred.
• Must maintain professional communication and appearance.

• Company-generated leads when available.
• Support from management throughout the sales process.
• Established roofing systems, suppliers, crews, and production resources.
• Opportunities to sell both residential and commercial roofing projects.

Compensation & Opportunity

This is a 100% commission, performance-based position with no guaranteed salary . The more business you generate and close, the greater your earning opportunity.

Commission structure and payment terms will be provided in writing. Self-generated and company-generated opportunities may have different commission structures.
