School Psychologist

TheraPeds Partners is a therapist-owned organization that partners with schools to provide School Psychology services to Pre-K-12 students nationwide. Job Description and Responsibilities This is a full or part‑time, on‑site role as a School Psychologist serving a school in Frankfort, IN. The School Psychologist will provide therapy services to students, conduct assessments, develop IEP plans, evaluate eligibility, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents) to support students according to their IEP. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for working with students with special needs. Position Details Full‑time or part‑time opportunities available (Part‑time assignment for the 2026‑2027 school year, August through May/June) 25 hours/week Pre‑K-12 student population On‑site, school‑based Guaranteed paid hours covering direct services, documentation, planning, and administrative responsibilities Competitive hourly compensation of $65‑$85+ ($1,625‑$2,125+ per week) Responsibilities Student evaluations Eligibility determination Diagnostic assessments Consultation with teachers, parents, and specialists Develop and implement IEPs and related services Provide direct therapy services Documentation and administrative tasks Qualifications Master's degree or higher in School Psychology NASP License (preferred but not required) State License and/or School Psychologist and Department of Education license (when required) 2+ years of experience (preferred but not required) Knowledge of counseling and psychological assessment Experience working with children and adolescents Organizational and time‑management skills Proficiency in use of technology Fingerprint background clearance Physical Requirements Working and playing with students requires employees to perform necessary physical movements such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging in all physical locations and activities in accordance with district duties.
