Qualifications: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.Proven experience as an electrical foreman or a similar lead electrical role.Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
