Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Overview Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain sector, is seeking a SPC Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a SPC Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title SPC Supply Chain Analyst Location Forest City, IA Pay Range $25 Responsibilities Manage intercompany orders, including order entry, inquiries, change requests, and exceptions. Investigate order statuses, resolve shipment discrepancies, and address back-order situations. Oversee reporting processes for demand planning, order management, inventory, and financial reporting. Follow established procedures within supply planning, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control. Utilize tracking systems to monitor progress and report results, performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic knowledge of supply chain theories and practices such as warehousing, transportation, and inventory control. Experience with computer programs and systems like SAP-ERP, JDA, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong analytical skills to interpret information, examine variables, and assess methods. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
