Full-Time, Permanent | Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance
\nTake your laboratory career to the Big Island! A hospital in Hawaii is seeking a full-time, permanent Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Technician to join its clinical laboratory team.
\nEvening and night shifts are the greatest priority, although some day-shift availability may also be offered. This is an excellent opportunity for a laboratory professional who is ready to build a rewarding career in an unforgettable location.
\nPosition Overview
\nThe MT/MLS or MLT will work as a generalist across multiple areas of the clinical laboratory, including:
\n- \n
- Chemistry \n
- Hematology \n
- Urinalysis \n
- Microbiology \n
- Blood Bank \n
Responsibilities include performing accurate and timely laboratory testing, maintaining quality-control standards, operating laboratory instrumentation, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support excellent patient care.
\nQualifications
\nApplicants must meet the following requirements:
\n- \n
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related qualifying field \n
- Current Hawaii license as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician, or eligibility to obtain the applicable license \n
- ASCP or AMT certification \n
- Ability and willingness to work as a generalist across all major laboratory departments \n
