Without a creative brief you will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate all content assets for social media and edit original contentCreate reels, before/ after's, receive UGC contentCreate elevated graphic design assests for social, email, website, events and marketing campaignsGrowth marketing through email and SMS campaignsCreate relationships through grassroots effortsManage and plan all eventsSecure sponsors and partnerships Grow email and lead database Create influencer strategy and manage relationships Social MediaLead Content Calendar, Posting, Engagement, Instagram, Tik Tok and stay in the know!Stay on top of KPIs and growth strategy Own execution and ideasTrack analytics and weekly performanceGraphic Design Create newsletters and releasesBlog posts Desired Experience3 + years in social media, content creation and/or marketingMust have a strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and all social media platformsCreative and detail-orientedSelf-starter and able to work independently Must be able to lead with original ideasProactive and able to independently develop ideas from concept to execution.
