Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Collegeville, PA and involves providing direct patient care in a clinic setting. The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and balance-related conditions. Daily responsibilities include documenting progress, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes. The role also involves using specialized equipment and techniques for balance and vestibular rehabilitation, monitoring patient safety, and adjusting plans of care as needed. Participation in clinic initiatives, quality improvement activities, and patient engagement efforts is expected. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to integrate clinical knowledge into safe and effective treatment plans. Demonstrated skills in Rehabilitation, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and balance/vestibular retraining. Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered, empathetic approach. Experience or comfort with Home Care planning, including designing and teaching home exercise programs and self-management strategies. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program and current, valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the United States. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate clinical documentation and clear patient education. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment. Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, or balance/vestibular therapy is highly beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
