GCBHS has openings for a licensed Social Worker (Ohio LSW or LISW) or Counselor (Ohio LPCC) to help children and families as a School Based Therapist. The ideal candidate will have an Ohio LSW, LISW, or LPCC and experience working with children and families in behavioral health treatment. This is a great position for a LSW who wants to get experience and attain their independent license! The School Based Therapist role provides mental health therapy services to children and families in a school based setting. Connect with principals, teachers, students and parents to develop rapport and trust to grow caseload. The requirements for this job include: MSW or MA-Counseling. Ohio LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC. Prior experience working with children and families through work experience and/or internships. Be flexible to negotiate the politics of the school.
