Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. 6 months of Epic experience is required. Requirements: Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic. 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic. Required Skills/Experience:- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.- Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. Required Credentials:- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Special Requests:- All RTO must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission.- Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.
