Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Full-Time SNF/LTC Creekside Care Center of Gahanna Creekside Care Center of Gahanna is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing/long-term care (SNF/LTC) therapy team. Position Highlights Full-time opportunity in a SNF/LTC setting Collaborative rehab team with strong clinical support Meaningful work serving geriatric residents Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities Accurately document treatments and progress in a timely manner Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality resident care Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Ohio COTA license in good standing Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-centered approach Why Join Creekside?
