Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across various healthcare settings.


• Provide therapy treatments to patients in outpatient, inpatient, and SNF facilities.


• Document patient progress in the charting system and adjust care plans as necessary.


• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Educate patients and families on post-treatment home exercise programs.


• Maintain professional standards and facility compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with the ability to obtain state licensure if pending.


• Minimum of 1 year experience in physical therapy including outpatient and acute care settings.


• BLS certification required.


• Experience with charting systems and adaptability to new technologies.


• Strong interpersonal skills for patient and team interaction.


• Willingness to work holidays and fulfill contractual obligations.
