As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering top-quality resident care and making a difference in their lives.

About the Role:

We are currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to work part-time and full-time shifts, including days and nights with 12-hour shifts. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal hygiene, and grooming. You will also support residents with mobility and transfers, encourage social engagement and emotional well-being, and maintain clean and comfortable resident environments.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent

• COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive it

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care for residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming

• Support residents with mobility and transfers

• Encourage social engagement and emotional well-being

• Serve meals and document food/fluid intake

• Maintain clean and comfortable resident environments (make beds, tidy spaces)

• Support the clinical team with daily care needs and documentation
