Distribution Worker Jobs | Elkhart IN

Focus Workforce Management is seeking Distribution Worker to join our DTC facility in Elkhart, Indiana. As a Distribution Worker 2 you will support the DC in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients. Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Often times associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly and perform job duties accurately. Requirements:

  • Ability to work alone and remain on task
  • Maintain excellent attendance
  • Communicate effectively
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Other job requirements may apply

Location: Elkhart, Indiana (IN)

Days: Mon-Thurs. 5:00am-3:30pm

Nights: Mon-Thurs. 5:00pm-5:00am

Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour
