This includes assessing service needs, generating estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist customers in selecting recommended service in a friendly, professional, and efficient mannerUse the walk around process to educate customers on vehicle condition and build rapportGenerate service estimates and quotesSchedule service appointments and maintain an organized workflowConduct post repair follow up to ensure customer satisfactionResolve customer complaints and concerns promptlyMaintain professionalism, integrity, and a focus on customer loyaltyQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredService Advisor experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsProficiency with computers, phones, and dealership software preferredSelf motivated, goal oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced environmentValid driver’s license and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and work ethicWorking Conditions:Work primarily indoors with some outdoor activity in an auto shop environmentDaily walking, standing, and sitting requiredMust be available to work full time, including occasional evenings or weekends as neededIf you’re ready to help customers, lead with professionalism, and grow your career in automotive service, we want to hear from you.Send your résumé and a brief statement of interest today.Let’s build something great.
