DISHWASHER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time DISHWASHER positions. Location: 106 East Main Street, Spring Arbor, MI 49283. Schedule: Full‑time: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, rotating weekends. Part‑time: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, 2‑3 days a week with some weekends. Details provided during interview. Requirement: Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred. Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. Job Summary Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, wash by hand or place in racks or conveyor to dishwashing machine; ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation. Wash pots, pans and trays according to assigned procedures. Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth; ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures. Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards. Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards. Sweep and mop kitchen floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food‑prep surfaces. Remove trash and place in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Help load and unload supplies and product. Perform other duties as assigned.
