Sales Development SpecialistThe Sales Development Specialist at Brock Partners is responsible for initiating and receiving calls, engaging prospective clients, and maintaining the conversation until a licensed agent is available to take over. This role is essential to maximizing sales opportunities by ensuring a smooth and successful handoff to agents.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to initiate contact and verify interest.- Receive inbound calls and gather basic client information before transferring.- Keep clients engaged and on the line until an agent is ready.- Follow approved scripts and maintain compliance with internal and carrier guidelines.- Transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents in real time.- Document call activity, outcomes, and transfer metrics in CRM systems.- Communicate effectively with agents regarding lead flow and call status.- Perform daily lead follow-ups and assist with re-dials and priority lead management.Qualifications- Call center, telemarketing, or phone-based customer service experience preferred.- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport.- Comfortable managing high call volume in a fast-paced environment.- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM or call management systems.About Brock PartnersBrock Partners supports independent agents nationwide with training, tools, and operational resources to help them grow in the Medicare and health insurance markets.
