As an RN or LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate care, supervising clinical services, and ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care every day.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional nursing care while ensuring resident safety, comfort, and well-being.

• Supervise and support nursing assistants and clinical staff during assigned shifts.

• Monitor resident conditions, assess changes, and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

• Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN)

• Current RN license in the state of employment.

• BSN preferred.

• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.

• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
