RESPONSIBILITIES: Basic clerical duties such as copying Office hospitality of keeping food and toiletry baskets filled and kitchen area tidy Assist with marketing of Campus Counseling programs through social media Development of advertising flyer Posting flyers Complete the Federal Work Study orientation Performs additional duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft office products, particularly Word and Excel Knowledge of social media and appropriate uses Ability to interact with a variety of people Ability to maintain discretion and appropriately handle confidential information A team player with strong communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Computer skills or a willingness to learn Saint Mary is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr University Of Saint Mary, Inc.
