Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy programs that empower them to reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve motor skills, cognition, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to offer comprehensive, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to facilitate continuous progress at home
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as required, ensuring patients remain aligned with their goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state of Washington
• Required certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
