TECH STACK KEYS ARE: using CLOUD -REACT Development is a MUST. .NET, Azure & AWS experience, APi, Mobile, APi integration, 3rd party CRM vendor software experience. such as Salesforce. Solution Architecture with Cloud hosted applications.

Are you a Recent Senior Full Stack REACT Developer who has SHARP MODERN tech skills+, but you are a Application Development Manager with React + formal direct reports! TECH STACK: REACT plus CRM experience such as Salesforce + APi + back end and front end development + APi, Front End Development, 3rd Party Software experience CLOUD .Net / C# SOLUTION ARCHITECT + 3rd party vendor software experience. React Solution Architecture w/ Enterprise level experience Customer Facing Cloud based applications. End to end solutions for the customer, containerization, spin up new platform services. This is a SHIFT - Building up a platform -AWS containerization – Kubernetes / Docker & AI.

MUST have the TECH stack:

*1+ year PLUS of formal Management experience. 2 + years is BETTER! This is NOT a job for a Tech Lead who has not had direct reports yet !

* MODERN TECH STACK such as working with React / .NET, Cloud, Containerization - Kubernetes and Docker.

* AI Assisted Development – actually done REAL AI outcomes!!

*5+ years of Application Development, including cloud based development experience . AWS or Azure considered.

• Enterprise-level solution architecture & customer-facing applications. ** Proven track record of building EASY to use External facing applications especially for a financial product.

• Scale & integrate with 3rd party solutions such as Salesforce OR any type of a CRM application.

• Strong API development and integration with 3rd party software, Salesforce.

• Containerization - Kubernetes and Docker.

Direct Hire position to $210 TOTAL COMPENSATION - $175K BASE PLUS 20% Bonus! 2 ½ day weekends! * 1+ years of Direct Report Management

• Strong experience with React and full-stack development across customer-facing enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated success designing solution architecture for cloud-hosted systems and end-to-end digital platforms.

• Hands-on experience building and consuming APIs and integrating third-party software, including Salesforce or similar CRM ecosystems.

• Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Background in both front-end and back-end development, with .NET and C# experience considered highly valuable.

• Ability to evaluate technical needs, shape architectural direction, and communicate solutions effectively with cross-functional teams.
