Team Overview
The Product Operations Manager will oversee client onboarding, implementation, and operational delivery for a fast-growing lending platform. This role partners with clients, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to manage complex implementations, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure successful product launches. This role will report to the VP of Strategic Operations This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

• Owning and managing the end-to-end onboarding process for all new Monevo UK clients, from contract signature through to successful go-live.
• Acting as the primary delivery lead between clients and internal teams throughout implementation activity.
• Developing, maintaining and governing onboarding plans, timelines, milestones and implementation documentation.
• Managing the onboarding pipeline and ensuring client implementations are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Data and Compliance functions.
• Identifying, managing and resolving onboarding risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Leading regular internal and external implementation meetings and steering discussions to maintain delivery momentum.
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted operational contact during onboarding.
• Defining and continuously improving onboarding processes, governance frameworks, templates and best practices.
• Creating and reporting on operational KPIs, onboarding performance metrics and implementation status updates.
• Working closely with Product and Technology teams to prioritize client requirements and support successful launches.
• Supporting business growth by ensuring onboarding capacity, processes and delivery models scale effectively with demand.
• Managing and developing a Product Operations Analyst, providing coaching, guidance and performance support.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Direct management of 1-3 Product Operations Analyst.
• Providing day-to-day guidance, coaching and development support.
• Ensuring operational activities are prioritized effectively across the team.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

• Experience managing client onboarding, implementation, delivery or operational processes within a technology, fintech or financial services environment.
• Experience working within financial services, fintech, credit marketplaces or digital lending environments.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, lead generation, eligibility or credit decisioning ecosystems.
• Experience delivering SaaS, API or platform-based implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of the credit bureau or consumer lending sectors.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
