Job Responsibilities:
- Set up operating rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized to perfection.
- Provide hands-on support during surgeries, handing off instruments and supplies with precision.
- Keep a sterile field to protect patients and prevent infections.
- Oversee surgical supplies, ensuring everything is ready when needed.
- Work side-by-side with the surgical team, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth operations.
- Follow strict safety and infection control guidelines.
- Colorado Surgical Technologist license or the ability to obtain it before your start date (required).
- Basic Life Support certification (required).
- 4+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist (strongly preferred).
- Ongoing learning and tuition assistance.
- Starting at $38/month, plus 50% off all of our services for you and your family. Preventative services are covered 100%, with no copay.
- Access to extensive virtual support.
- Up to 22 days PTO in your first year, with rollover.
- Covers miscarriages, extended family, and pets.
- 100% pay for the first 6 weeks for parental or personal illness/injury.
- Automatic 457B enrollment at 6%, matching 50% of contributions up to 3% of earnings into a 401a plan, also contributing 7.5% of your salary annually to the Cash Balance Pension Plan, replacing Social Security taxes.
