GTM RecruiterLocation: New York City | In Office, 5 Days a WeekWe are looking for a GTM Recruiter to join our growing People & Talent team. You will be our first recruiter based in New York and will partner closely with our Sales leaders to help build and scale our GTM team.You will primarily hire across Account Executives (AEs), Solutions Consultants (SCs), and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).This is a hands-on role for someone who loves recruiting, moves quickly, and is comfortable owning the entire process from start to finish.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles, primarily AEs, SCs, and SDRs.Partner closely with Sales leaders to understand hiring needs, profiles, and priorities.Build strong pipelines through hands-on sourcing and outbound recruiting.Manage the full candidate process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, references, and offers.Keep candidates moving quickly through the interview process and provide a great candidate experience.Build talent maps and identify strong candidates before roles open.Help hiring managers make thoughtful and fast hiring decisions.Track recruiting activity and pipeline health and proactively flag gaps.Help improve our recruiting processes as the company continues to scale.Represent Campfire and our culture throughout the candidate experience.What We're Looking ForExperience recruiting for GTM and Sales roles, ideally including AEs, SDRs, and/or Solutions Consultants.Experience working at a fast-growing startup or similarly fast-paced environment.Strong sourcing skills and comfort building pipelines from scratch.Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates at the same time while moving quickly.Comfortable owning the details — from finding candidates to scheduling interviews and closing offers.Strong communication and ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with a high level of ownership.Comfortable with changing priorities and an environment where things move quickly.Excited to be hands-on and help build the recruiting function as we grow.Why This RoleThis is an opportunity to be the first recruiter on the ground in New York and play an important role in building our GTM organization.
