Restaurant Supervisor (Wheelhouse Bar & Grill/Black Card Lounge)

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help lead our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is a leader who is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled at managing a diverse team. This role is crucial to our success, as you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth shifts, high service standards, and a positive atmosphere for both our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and exceptional service. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service.
• Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and new employee onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor, assistant manager, or a similar leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to teamwork.
