Registered Nurse First Assist

Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assist. This role offers an option to work 10 or 12 hour shifts with a start time of 6:30A. The cases include general, ortho, robotics, GYN, vascular, neuro, and spine in 23 operating rooms. CNOR is required and the rate of pay may exceed the maximum listed. This position is bonus eligible and offers comprehensive benefits.

Performs an expanded perioperative role as a first assistant to surgeons during surgical procedures in the operating room. The RNFA works alongside the surgeon to provide direct patient care, collaborates with the perioperative team, and contributes to the overall efficiency of the peri-operative department.

Minimum Requirements:

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing
• 2-5 years experience
• RN license

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
• Certified First Assistant
• Cert Nurse OR (CNOR)
• CERTIFIED RN FIRST ASSIST
