What We Offer Competitive pay and full benefits Immediate PTO accrual 401(k) with company match Clear growth paths and advancement opportunities Fast-paced, supportive team environment Leadership that is accessible, involved, and invested in your success What You’ll Do Delivery & Driving Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations) Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here Warehouse Support Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly Safety & Standards Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures Maintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and workspace Take ownership—if it’s in front of you, you handle it What We’re Looking For Experience driving 26-ft box trucks (required or strongly preferred) DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standardsWarehouse and delivery experience Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs Strong attention to detail and reliability What Makes You a Great Fit Humble – team‑first, open to feedback, owns mistakes Hungry – motivated, proactive, and always looking to improve People‑Smart – communicates well and treats others with respect Reliable, safety‑focused, and consistent Comfortable working both on the road and in a warehouse setting Customer‑first mindset—make contractors’ lives easier every day Why Balsan Group We are growing quickly, opening new branches, and building something long-term.
