Staff Product Designer

Seeking a seasoned Staff Product Designer, this full-time remote position focuses on designing enterprise experiences on the Salesforce platform, driving design strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape impactful advisor and employee solutions. Key responsibilities Lead design strategy and execution for Salesforce-based experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs Drive clarity and alignment across complex product initiatives, influencing digital experience strategy through collaboration with stakeholders Mentor and guide Product Designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field 6-8 years of experience in UX, interaction design, and product innovation, particularly with enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform Proven ability to design complex operational and workflow-driven experiences, leveraging Salesforce capabilities Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts and experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) Experience working within Agile product development environments and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering teams
