Part Time Sales Lead

Pandora @ Macy's Bowie Town Center We are seeking a Sales Lead to further enhance the in‑store experience for our customers. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, lead a dynamic team, and drive sales performance while fostering a positive store environment. Responsibilities Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations. Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers. Embrace and promote the store culture, serving as an enthusiastic brand ambassador. Create memorable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and relationship building. Surpass commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new records. Develop loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections. Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback and guidance to achieve KPI goals. Maintain rigorous presentation and operational standards. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Demonstrated results‑oriented selling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong business and analytical acumen. Proven time‑management and prioritization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age of 18 with eligibility to work. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing long periods and lifting 50+ pounds.
