Customer Success Manager – CFRA Research | Remote (US) CFRA Research is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support its network of distribution partners in the financial services sector. This full-time, remote role offers $55,000–$70,000/year plus an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits. The successful candidate will manage relationships with service facilitators, resellers, data vendors, and platform providers to ensure seamless content distribution, compliance, and collaborative growth.
