Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000+

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize an active litigation caseload
• Assist with document review, production, and privilege logs
• Prepare pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, trial lists, and other litigation documents
• Coordinate depositions and prepare exhibits
• Monitor court dockets and electronic filing notifications
• Organize voluminous document productions
• Maintain case-status spreadsheets
• Assist attorneys throughout the pretrial, trial, and post-trial phases
• Complete state and federal e-filings

Qualifications

• Three to five or more years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Civil litigation experience required
• Defense-side litigation experience is helpful but not required
• Professional liability, insurance defense, employment litigation, commercial litigation, or personal injury defense experience is a plus
• Experience supporting discovery, depositions, pleadings, document production, and trial preparation
• Familiarity with court websites and e-filing procedures
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage sensitive information and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates whose litigation experience is limited exclusively to family law will not be considered
