• Spin & Stack: Forklift cert + diploma or GED. You handle stand-ups and reach trucks.
• Keep It Moving: 6+ months of experience on Yale and Crown stand-up reach forklift.
• Stay Sharp : Read work orders, scan, and label like a pro.
• Show Up : Reliable, on time, ready every shift.
• Play It Safe: Check your lift, follow the rules.
