KOCH FOODS is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet that supports poultry manufacturing and distribution. You’ll perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on diesel trucks, yard tractors, and related equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting engines, electrical, hydraulic, and brake systems, completing work orders, and responding to breakdowns. You’ll work closely with operations in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow in maintenance and manufacturing support roles.
