Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) 2611 E Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL 33613, USA Job Description Posted Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 4:00 AM Responsibilities Complies with nursing policies and procedures to ensure nursing standards are met and promotes optimal health for clients Administers medications and treatments per physician’s orders and in accordance with state and federal guidelines, including all routes and controlled substances Assists clients with all health and medical devices (glasses, hearing devices, tracheotomies, G/J tubes, colostomies, urostomies, apnea monitors, CPAP machines, ventilators, oxygen systems, nebulizer machines, suction devices and toothbrushes) Monitors clients for seizures, medication side effects, signs, and symptoms of illness, and provides necessary nursing interventions Informs the physician and notifies the Director of Nursing or Health Care Coordinator of health status changes, accidents, or injuries; reports emergency situations Assists with quality assurance reviews, files documents in charts, and purges charts Assists with Respiratory Therapy and IV Therapy as needed, including pushing IV medications and mixing solutions Assists with clinical evaluations and assessment of medication administration and/or understanding of medical procedures of clients Attends and participates in meetings and trainings Ensures client mealtime procedures and therapeutic positioning procedures, including transfers, are followed Reports for scheduled shifts and may work other shifts, holidays, weekends, or during inclement weather to provide coverage Participates in outings and appointments, including loading and unloading clients on and off vehicles, monitoring clients during transport, and assisting clients during outings Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing school for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) Current unrestricted license as an LPN or RN in the state of Florida Florida Driver’s License with no more than two moving violations in the past three years Unable to require Visa Sponsorship from the company now or in the future Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, including acceptable grammar, punctuation, and spelling; ability to understand and follow multi-step instructions Benefits Medical Coverage: HRA, FSA, premium discounts, wellness credits, free virtual visits, free Minute Clinic visits, free imaging, and surgery Dental and vision coverage Company paid life, short‑ and long‑term disability insurance 401(k) with up to 2.5% company match and additional match for part‑time employees Tuition assistance and reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Full‑time night shifts (Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:00 pm – 6:30 am) and PRN nights for part‑time/on‑call employees Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Voluntary accident and hospitalization coverage Equal Opportunity Employer Quest, Inc. is a drug‑free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
