Description Staff Accountant We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. Maintenance Shift Engineer Full Time Job Details Job Type Full-time Madison, GA Engineering Description The Shift Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our hospital facilities and grounds. This position is responsible for day to day maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance across the hospital campus, helping to maintain a safe, compliant, and fully functional environment of care. We are seeking a versatile, hands-on professional who can work independently and handle a wide range of maintenance tasks. By maintaining accurate records and reporting on equipment status, the Shift Engineer helps ensure long-term facility reliability and supports operational excellence throughout the hospital. Responsibilities: Perform light electrical work, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, sheetrock and carpentry repairs, painting, and surface repairs. Carry out routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and system calibrations. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and hospital teams to prioritize and complete repair work efficiently. Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and incident reports. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards during all maintenance activities. Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore normal operations. Skills: Apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills daily to quickly diagnose and resolve maintenance issues. Demonstrate effective communication to coordinate with teams and document work clearly. Use time management and prioritization skills to handle urgent repairs and routine maintenance within shift schedules. Maintain a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
