Flatbed CDL-A Truck Driver, Regional Routes - Ardmore, OK System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. You will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Responsibilities Operate a freight truck safely and responsibly, transporting a variety of goods to and from customer sites. Load and unload flatbed shipments, ensuring the cargo is secure and compliant with all regulations. Conduct pre‑trip inspections and perform any minor maintenance checks on the vehicle. Maintain accurate trip logs, incident reports, and job recording via the award‑winning driver portal. Adhere to all state and federal traffic, safety, and environmental regulations. Compensation & Benefits Weekly Pay: $1,033.39 – $1,795.03 Annual Pay: $53,736.33 – $93,341.73 Additional compensation: Tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, safety bonuses, and more Mileage rate: $0.52 – $0.66 CPM (depending on experience) $1,800 transition package Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off: Accrue 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked; 1‑9 years: 80 hours PTO; 10+ years: 120 hours PTO.
