ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of three. I've spent 19 years in the insurance industry, with experience in recruiting, claims, and as a team member before becoming an agent. I always knew agency ownership was my goal. Outside of work, I'm a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan, love coaching my son's baseball team, volunteer at my children's school, and being a mom is my greatest joy.

Being involved in the community is a big part of who I am. Whether it's through my children's school or local activities, I enjoy finding ways to give back and stay connected with the families we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Kelli Kerton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
