Role Description The Strategic Account Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing key member and business relationships. In this position, the specialist develops and executes account strategies, conducts needs assessments, and delivers tailored financial solutions that align with member goals. Daily activities include preparing and presenting consultative sales proposals, monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, analyzing data to support decision-making, and providing responsive, high-quality support to strategic accounts. The specialist contributes to sales operations processes and business development initiatives that advance the credit union's growth objectives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Sales skills to effectively nurture relationships and achieve revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess Business Development and Sales Operations skills to identify new opportunities and support efficient sales processes.
• Candidates should possess Sales Presentations and communication skills to deliver clear, persuasive proposals to members and stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions is beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic data analysis tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a remote environment.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
