Job Title: Senior Specialist - Quality EngineeringKey Responsibilities:Overall, 10 years of experience in Quality Analysis3 years of experience in testing for Guidewire ClaimCenterEnd to end testing for Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integration story cardsUnderstand product application features requirements and define Test Plan and business scenariosDevelop ClaimCenter configuration Integration Test scenarios test casesIdentify test data needs and prepare test data for the required testsCreate and run functional application regression ad hoc and integration tests including both positive and negative scenarios for ClaimCenter and related integration pointsExecute tests cases and report resultsLog defects and track defects through closureNeed to meet timelines on testing and with qualityParticipate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolutionTechnical Skills:Proficient in Test Management Tools JIRA Rally HPQC VSTSTFSGuidewire functional knowledge on ClaimCenterKnowledge of Selenium QTP Ranorex Excel Macro using VB Scripting or any other Test Automation ToolAwareness of Test Automation and ability to spot points of value in processKnowledge of both Manual and Automation testing skills and hands on experienceMust Have Skills:Sound Knowledge of Test Plan and Test ExecutionSound knowledge of PC Insurance domain and claimsUnderstanding of full testing life cycle right from the requirement gathering to deliveryMust have worked in Guidewire integration with upstream and downstream systems testingClaimCenter data flow form upstream and downstreamExcellent knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter interfaces and OOTB functionalitiesKnowledge on APISOAP UI Postman testingIntegration testing skills validation of XML filesExperience in working in Agile methodologyGood to have: Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Testing ExperienceAINS 21222324 CertificationHaving ISEBISTQB Software Testing qualifications would be an added advantageHaving Knowledge of SQL Database TestingGood planning and prioritization skills can deliver on complex tasks and projects which sometimes have conflicting overlapping timelines Sets expectations appropriately and meets deadlines consistently.
