As our Logistics Administrative Assistant in Tulsa, you'll coordinate vehicle logistics across our network, manage vendor partnerships, and drive process improvements that keep our operations running at peak efficiency. You'll be the operational backbone ensuring thousands of vehicles move seamlessly to the right place at the right time.

Your Role At Sixt

• Vendor Management You process invoices, schedule vendor meetings, and maintain strong partnerships that keep our logistics network running smoothly
• Transportation Coordination You coordinate vehicle movements including new arrivals, sales, and recoveries across our fleet
• Communication Hub You manage the transport team's shared inbox and respond to internal and external transportation requests
• Purchase Order Organization You maintain and organize purchase orders to ensure accurate tracking and documentation
• Fleet Movement Updates You provide real-time updates on vehicle locations and movements to stakeholders and perform daily audits on open orders and fleet details
• Process Support You facilitate logistics-related projects and support process improvements across the department

Your Skills Matter

• Experience You have at least one year of experience in an administration position
• Excel Proficiency You have strong Excel knowledge to manage data, track logistics, and analyze operations
• Work Ethic You take on multiple tasks simultaneously, deliver results consistently, and you juggle competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional Communication You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with vendors and internal teams
• Energy and Drive You bring a success-oriented mindset and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Availability You can commit to 40 hours per week in office and are at least 18 years old
• Work Authorization You are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
