If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and appreciate seeing the results of your efforts every day, we would like to hear from you.This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and offers $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.What You Will DoClean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, production areas, and common spacesSweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash and recyclingReplenish restroom and break room suppliesClean windows, doors, and other facility surfacesPerform minor building maintenance and repairs as neededSafely use and store cleaning chemicals and equipmentReport maintenance issues and safety concerns promptlyHelp maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentWhat We Are Looking ForPrevious janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance experience preferredAbility to safely operate cleaning equipment and toolsKnowledge of proper cleaning chemical handling and storageStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable attendance and a strong work ethicGood communication skillsAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the workdayAbility to lift up to 50 poundsMust successfully pass a background checkWhy Join Van-Am?Established in 1981, Van-Am Tool & Engineering is a leading manufacturer serving the aerospace, defense, commercial, and industrial markets.
