Production Supervisor

Role Overview The Production Supervisor oversees the production process to ensure timely, within-budget manufacturing and assembly of products. They develop KPIs to measure team success, participate in hiring and training, and create daily production schedules. Key Responsibilities Establish and evaluate departmental metrics, analyze process flows, implement inventory control, and improve production policies. They coordinate efforts between engineering, purchasing, and sales to meet schedules, ensure a safe work environment, and communicate policies effectively. Monitoring production performance, resolving issues, and reporting metrics are essential. The role also involves motivating staff, maintaining quality standards, and fostering collaboration across departments to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Extensive knowledge of metal fabrication and manufacturing practices, strong communication, managerial, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational abilities, and physical capability to lift up to 50lbs are required. Additional Duties Perform related tasks, set strategic goals, and project a positive organizational image.
