Onyx Care - Dietary Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team at Onyx Care of Arcadia, a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation services. As a Dietary Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our patients by leading our dietary department and overseeing the preparation and serving of meals. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the dietary department, including daily operations, inventory management, and staff supervision Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our patients, including those with special dietary requirements Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, including food safety and quality control Foster strong relationships with healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure a collaborative approach to care Develop and maintain budgets, ordering and inventory management, and cost control measures Collaborate with the facility's management team to ensure seamless integration with other departments Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dietary management role, preferably in a long-term care or post-acute rehabilitation setting Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and supervise a team Knowledge of dietary guidelines and standards, including food safety and quality control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and families Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized, with strong attention to budgeting and inventory management What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development Opportunities for professional advancement and specialization Competitive compensation and benefits package (to be discussed) #J-18808-Ljbffr Onyx Care
