ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability

required.

** Must have Multifamily Experience and be HVAC Certified***
1. Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
2. Identify and correct hazardous property conditions that could place the property in a liable position.
3. Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and units.
4. Electrical, appliance, HVAC troubleshooting experience

5. Work with Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to ensure a clean workstation, follow budget guidelines, maintain preventative maintenance, and complete all assigned tasks up to company standards

6.Work with the service team to ensure the premises is presentable and safe for operations, including curb appeal

Demonstrate a positive attitude and work ethic to help keep the atmosphere friendly and productive
