A fast-growing quick service wing brand is hiring a General Manager for its restaurant in Brockton, with another Massachusetts location opening soon. As General Manager, you own the restaurant: you build and lead your managers and crew, run a fast-paced operation from open to close, and deliver the store’s sales, labor, and food cost results. The role starts with 4 weeks of training, so you take the lead with the brand’s systems already in hand.

What We Offer

• Base salary of $60,000 to $65,000, plus a monthly bonus

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full restaurant operation, from open to close
• Hire, train, schedule and develop your managers and crew
• Manage sales, labor, food cost, inventory and ordering
• Keep speed of service, order accuracy and food quality on standard
• Hold the team to food safety and cleanliness standards
• Turn guest feedback into better shifts

What We Need

• Experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant
• Comfort leading a fast-paced operation
• Strong people leadership: you hire well and keep good people
• Ability to work on site in Brockton, MA
