Who You Are:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience , preferably in food & beverage.
• You are passionate about hospitality and proud to represent a high-end brand.
• You naturally create an environment where every guest feels seen, valued, and welcomed.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
• You are polished, well-groomed, and understand that presentation is part of the guest experience.
• You are collaborative, dependable, and bring a team-first mindset.
• You handle multiple priorities with grace, professionalism, and efficiency.

Your Role:

• Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering a matcha experience that is consistent, elegant, and memorable.
• Prepare and serve matcha drinks according to 12 Matcha's standards of quality, precision, and presentation.
• Greet and serve customers with precision, warmth, and professionalism, including assisting with transactions at the register – every guest interaction matters.
• Work closely with your team to maintain a seamless, high-functioning operation.
• Steward the quality of our offerings — from the drinks we prepare to the cleanliness and ambiance of the cafe.
• Maintain impeccable personal and café presentation standards, paying attention to all sensory elements — appearance, sound, and atmosphere.
• Build respectful relationships with guests, colleagues, vendors, and the broader community.
• Represent 12 Matcha beyond the café through your professional presence and knowledge.

Compensation:

• Starting Hourly Rate: $19 per hour, plus tips.
• Training Rate: $17 per hour during the training period (approximately 2 weeks).
