Working remotely in and around West Palm Beach, FL, you’ll handle scheduled maintenance, demand service requests, equipment change‑outs, and emergency repairs, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Service, install, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ice machines Perform routine preventive maintenance and recommend proactive repairs to minimize downtime Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to determine repair needs Execute equipment repairs and replacements with precision Respond promptly to emergency service requests Provide observations and recommendations to enhance facility conditions and mechanical performance Participate in facility‑related projects as needed Adhere to all safety policies, environmental, health, security, and fire protection regulations Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, solutions‑oriented approach Complete paperwork accurately and on time Required Qualifications 3–6 years of experience with commercial HVAC refrigeration systems EPA certification (required) Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations for training, meetings, or other events (reimbursement provided) Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks Willingness to meet enhanced security clearance requirements Physical ability to climb/descend ladders carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs., and work in confined spaces Commitment to wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed Skills & Abilities Proficiency in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems and ice machines Capability to perform routine maintenance and recommend preventive repairs Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with light commercial equipment Experience with industry software (preferred but not required) Why BGIS ITS is Your Ideal Employer Career growth: Access tailored training, certifications, and opportunities for promotion or relocation within our global network Supportive culture: Work with a collaborative team backed by robust resources and mentorship Impactful work: Ensure commercial facilities run smoothly, delivering exceptional value to clients Ready to Join Us?
