AJ Plumbing is looking for an experienced Service / Jobbing Plumber in Lower Weschester to join our growing team serving residential and commercial customers throughout Westchester area.
We are looking for a dependable plumber with strong troubleshooting and repair experience who can work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and handle a variety of plumbing and heating service calls throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, heating, boiler, drain, and hot water system issues
- Perform service repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential and commercial properties
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, boilers, and related systems
- Work independently on daily service calls while also supporting team projects when needed
- Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and teammates
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Requirements
- Proven experience in service plumbing / jobbing work
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
- Professional customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Candidates located in Lower Westchester or nearby Bronx areas preferred for reasonable commuting distance
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime
- Some weekend and on-call work may be required
Compensation
- $35–$45 per hour based on experience
- Overtime pay
