Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales (Canada)

OPENLANE

OPENLANE is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive strategic recruitment for sales and sales support with a focus on Canada. You will partner with hiring managers, ensure bilingual and provincial compliance, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, and data-driven reporting to guide workforce planning.
