Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager Acura of Charleston is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to be a part of our amazing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who is committed to providing the highest level of customer service. Ideal candidate has a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge and holds themselves to the highest of ethical standards. The F&I Manager must present the products for sale in a professional manner that fully complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the high ethical standards of McDaniels Automotive Group. Job Responsibilities Contract new business, sell F&I products and close deals Maintain a working knowledge of leases Strong attention to detail Understand manufacturer programs, incentives and rate options Assist in acquiring approval from lenders Generate finance income on all sold customer Job Requirements Minimum of 2 year of F&I experience Must possess a valid Drivers’ License Dealertrack (DMS) experience is a plus Saturdays are required Personal laptop required Clean driving Record and valid driver's license McDaniels Offers Work / Life Balance - 5 day work week (No Sundays) CAFE 125 Eligible Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision Employer Paid Life Insurance Employer paid short term disability 401k Paid Time Off (PTO) Accruals Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
